Using Netscape, right click your mouse, choose “send page”. Type in your friends email address. In the body, above the link, write something like,

“ Hi _NAME_ , take a look at this new Alaska Search Engine. If you register your site there for free, do me a favor and insert my name and email address in the ‘comments’ box; sonso@twentydollars.com., or whatever your email is.

Using Explorer, from the drop down menu choose File, trace to Send, trace to Link by E-mail, and type in your friends email address. In the body, above the link, type in something like the above.
